For nearly a decade, Melanie Baird has used her fun, friendly, and creative personality to truly excel as a mobile make-up artist. She has made a name for herself by making women feel confident and beautiful without the look of heavy makeup. Melanie worked at MAC Cosmetics in Victoria for eight years before taking her talents to the next level as an independent professional make-up artist.Melanie has exhibited her unique style at nearly 300 weddings, in addition to contributing to a number of television shows, including Canadian Idol, Canada’s Next Great Chef, and Kool Countdown. She also worked at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games Closing Ceremonies and has provided her expertise for magazine spreads, music videos, CD covers, movies, and even a finalist on Canada’s Next Top Model.Though Melanie is available for any occasion, her passion is weddings. Her fresh, flawless, long-lasting looks range from natural to glamorous.
